These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any order you place with Cake Company. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
When you place an order or submit a request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Cake Company reserves the right to confirm details, adjust availability, or contact you about your order before fulfillment.
Premade and in-stock items are paid in full at checkout. Custom or made-to-order items may require a deposit to confirm and reserve your order. Deposit and refund terms are set by Cake Company and shown before you pay. Questions about deposits or refunds? Contact the shop directly. Any remaining balance is due at or before pickup (some shops require it earlier; Cake Company’s balance terms are shown before you pay). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
If you check the text-message box, you agree to receive order updates and transactional text messages (for bookings: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and quote and aftercare updates) from Cake Company at the number provided. If you also check the separate offers box (“Text me offers and updates from Cake Company”), you agree to receive marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Cake Company as soon as possible. Whether a change is possible depends on how far along your order is. Deposit and refund terms are set by Cake Company and shown before you pay.
Some services from Cake Company may have an age requirement. If one applies, it is shown before you book.
